Long Service Award

The deadline for Long Service Awards to be included in the Fall 2012 Convention handbook is Friday, October 12, 2012.

***Please note that once you have finished entering a name, it will not be immediately visible on the site. Each Long Service Award name must first be approved by the AAMDC's convention coordinator.***

Long Service Awards entered from October 2011 to October 2012 will be presented at the Fall 2012 Convention. In election years, the awards are presented in the spring.
