Some hotels require a deposit equal to the first and last nights' stay to hold each guest's reservation. Such deposit is non-refundable and is required at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation for the requested dates. Upon check-in, that deposit will be applied to the first and last night of the reserved stay. These deposits are paid by the individuals, who are told upon making the reservation that it is a non-refundable deposit. The AAMDC will AT NO TIME be responsible for paying out any of the individually booked guest deposits.
